Pros
Friendly management which listens to the employee needs. Great team, fair salary, comfortable office locations. Work/life balance is perfect. The company runs a bunch of projects and it is relatively easy to switch from one to another if you want to. Technology stack is very wide as well as the list of the businesses the company works with. Career growth is possible for those who show the wish.
Cons
There's a number of legacy projects as well as short-term outsource projects working with which you don't really develop your skills. Information about departments and projects other than yours provided by the management is usually vague.
