Pros

Great central location, really fun team to work with Fun socials out with colleagues Hybrid scheme

Cons

-Really low pay, one of their benefits they list is drinks and fruit. But there's only fruit in the office once a week and def. not enough for everyone... -Director (son of the owner) is too controlling and treats us as kids when it comes down to phone. -Directors can get away with being late

Thank you for the review. We are a commission based sales and recruitment business with uncapped commission and bonuses, employees benefit greatly depending on performance. Our basic salaries have been reviewed independently and are graded as market value as well as our commission scheme. We have a no personal mobile policy which is very standard and fair for all employees. Unless in emergencies there is no need for anyone to be sending WhatsApp messaging or be active on social media if there is no business interest during working hours, the directors and management also adhere to mobile phone policies. With regards to lateness, Directors adhere to lateness policies and it is expected that from employees that this policy is followed too. Amongst our long list of benefits that include flexible hours, hybrid working, working from abroad, subsidised gym and many other incentives, we do offer fresh fruit weekly and will continue to monitor the supply and change where necessary.

Pros

Neither good nor bad. Nice people all around, the workload was manageable. You received a lot of constructive feedback, as well as full autonomy.

Cons

Had to be in the office every day. Could be a bit micromanaging at times.
