- Overly concerned with revenue leading to over commitment on projects and drop in quality of work - Lack of training and mentorship, meaning you have to learn everything by yourself - Too many administrative tasks, which takes time away from more important things - Some incompetent people in middle / upper management who are valued highly in the company - No recognition for those who actually perform and put effort into projects - Subpar compensation scheme with little chance to review (not even incremental salary adjustment let alone bonus) - Difficult to take proper leave / rest days due to heavy workload
