Expect that your salary will be cut every month for very stupid reasons, in the name of fines. Flexible hours are not a thing here. Old school bull pen environment and you are micromanaged to the point where it stifles any sense of Creativity. Highly judged for having commitments outside the office. Office culture was extremely toxic, gossiping and story telling is encouraged and then used to shame people. After leaving you realize how terrible of a place it is to work.
