Great work, lousy company - Technician Lamborghini Paramus Employee Review

They are paying flat rate for restoration work. With no minimum hour guarantee. When it’s busy this isn’t a problem. But obviously flat rate does not work for restoration work (particularly as the bulk of it is internal) so I/we were often left with substantially less hours paid than worked. Furthermore I was bait and switched during the interview process. I was told it was hourly, but found a couple of weeks in that it was suddenly flat rate (then checked the contract and realised I foolishly just trusted the manager who hired me without checking when I signed it)
