Many employees inside in the company will secretly agree that there is not good in this company any no work life balance. 1. lot of politics is played by management against artists/employee. This not a MNC. i have also observed that some key peoples in lakshya do regularly watch mobile repairing video..:) Trust me its true. 2. there is no respect of women by management...they just make fun of all the female co worker and lower their moral. 3. They fires lot employees who are not willing to work according to them. management are not listen to other employee idea. About firing employees, management asked on the key coufounder to leave long time back. 4. High Attrition rate - this year since last 2 months there are 90 resignations in the company. 5. there are no growth for employee and policy paralysis in this company. 6. there is no work culture, management behaves very badly with peoples and their is no sense of respect of employee in this company. 7. Appraisal - only key people will get good appraisal not everyone. 8. Bad PMs - all PMs are just Management spy, they dont care about employee. 9. NEGATIVITY - TOO MUCH Negativity
