This Bank is growing fast so new opportunities will continue to open up. Growth is possible by learning from all the years of experience that exist in this company and can be used to position you for advancement and hire at another company.

Growth from within is slow. Many of the executive tier is young so no really room for growth. Compensation is not reflective to the rest of the private industry.
