      Pros

      Opportunities to try new things and take a leadership role in different areas. In general, the people were great to work with and were people of integrity. Leadership tries to be transparent.

      Cons

      Constantly changing leadership and start-stop mentality which can be frustrating and lead to burnout. Low salaries for many employees despite the amount of work and "flexibility" required.
