This is a great firm if you are looking to build a successful practice. There is strong leadership & management, who will give you the tools and resources to succeed. You can build your practice any way you want and there are advisors who specialize in a number of different areas of financial planning. Great earnings potential
Cons
No different any other financial advisory firm, it is not easy to build your own practice. You get out what you put in, which is not necessarily a con, but more of a warning that if you are looking for a 9-5 desk job, this probably isn't for you.
