      Good pay, benefits, unlimited overtime

      Cons

      Overworked and understaffed. Bad employees who are willing to pick up overtime are kept while good employees are overworked. Management is inconsistent with policies and procedures. Will come out with a policy, two months later will come out with a new one that contradicts previous policy. Hard to use benefit time

      Great Benefits, co-workers are friendly and helpful. Management does listen to workers and tries to be proactive when a major change happens.

      Cons

      Not a con but there are rules that must be followed due to regulations from State and Federal laws.
