Smallish company where everyone knows your name, catered lunch on Wednesdays, decent benefits offering, stocked fridge with sodas, etc. Office staff is friendly and helpful.

Actual growth potential within the company is not clear since it is still growing and progression is not defined. Seems like people can wear multiple hats at times...definitely a “do more with less” type company.
