The sales and retention team have a generous commission structure The culture at Lumo Energy thrives on collaboration, respect, decency and agility. The team leaders are great to work with and are 100% committed to ensuring you are enjoying your time at Lumo and being the best you can be. They are great at celebrating your achievements.

Needs to be a more flexible with team members for employees with families. Needs to work on discouraging clique groups. Needs to completely eliminate Mumbai call centre as we hear constant negative feedback from customers and staff as it is impacting customer experience. Career progression has slowed down in recent months, would like to see the business focus on making this a strength.

The culture in the past was terrific and some of the leaders you work with are amazing.

Since acquired by Snowy hydro, our culture has gone down hill. We are being merged with Red Energy and they have values but don't live them, are putting people in roles they don't want to encourage them to leave and don't have a great culture to work in unless you're part of the 'in' crowd. If you don't mind this, or constant change that isn't effectively managed, it's a great place to work.
