Working for LUKOIL had its ups and downs like any employer. I feel that I had more ups than downs, and found the job and personnel enjoyable most of the time. All employers have good areas and areas in which they could improve, and LUKOIL is an average employer. Pay was acceptable, benefits quite good, and working conditions were generally fair.
