Pros

Generally full of kind people with no malicious intent trying to build something new and interesting

Cons

- CEO fires all the senior and mid level leadership that speak up or disagree with him - HR sits by idly watching the company collapse; won’t force changes to drive accountability - remaining directors bicker amongst each other and provide no strategic direction for their direct reports - the company is left with only very junior personnel or interns to run the place; engineering is done on a hope and a prayer

Pros

Good pay, not competitive with other aviation companies but it's comfortable. Joby, archer, wisk all pay way way way more. Free lunch. Free snacks. Very good benefits. Ceo is an awesome person who has a lot of real world experience.

Cons

90% of the company never worked in aviation, except for mechanics and senior ground crew, which can make things frustrating on decisions that are made. People leave, and they don't get replaced. Maintenance and avionics department is far below what is needed to maintain the largest vehicle in the world numbers wise. HR will not hire more people. They don't seem to care to try and keep the ones who want to leave. Typical for aviation, but this place wants to make themselves seem like they are different than the rest but are exactly like them all, or worse. Company does not want to align to support the maintenance team.
