Honestly, there are no cons to working here.

They haven't killed me. I hope they never try.

Everything. They are a corrupt, dishonest, immoral, lying group of crooks and conmen who care not at all for tenants in any way - nor do they care for owners, as they do no real maintenance. They care only about profit, and paying to fix all that is broken and dangerous is not something they do. They would rather put the health and well-being of their tenants in serious danger of injury and sickness and despair rather than ever spend a cent on doing the most fundamental and necessary maintenance. If a tenant complains it will not help, as LRS will not spend a penny to do necessary maintenance. If there is major damage in the home - or if a tenant gets ill and even dies because of lack of safe maintenance so no sewage comes into the home - which is has since day one here - they will never care and let their own fake plumbers come who do nothing to help but say the tenant caused the problem. I have tried to work with them and they refuse to ever deal with these problems seriously. Instead they get angry, blame me and expect me - the tenant - to pay for maintenance. They are the worst landlords I have ever known.
