I have found everybody I have talked to as very enjoyable. From day one, it's clear that the company have a safety and quality rooted focus. The work environment is positive, with a true sense of pride. Leadership is accessible regularly through daily tier meetings. Input is welcomed and questions are encouraged. Long-standing history even though it's a start up.

Contracting is rough, wanted me to work the night shift for over a year without proper compensation or accommodation. No differential or holiday pay as a contractor. Unclear communication and guidelines and extremely high employee turnaround. Favor whoever has good standing with management rather than the highest performers or those who want to learn.
