      Pros

      Dev teams are really good and helpful. Good working environment.

      Cons

      Really unprofessional senior management and HR section. They giving very less salary. HR people treats you like you are a slave there. Even if you have leaves they acting like you should not get leaves. When you leave the company they will not allow you to leave and will not accept your resignation. They never give you a service letter. So basically the time you work here will be useless. Don't choose to work here unless you want to work like a slave.

      * WFH for SEs * Structured ISO certified processes - heads dont know how to review PRs lol * Friendly coworkers * Massive Parties

      Cons

      * Low/ Mid scale salaries * Favourisms * Low career opportunities * Out of date heads - Conrad, Thisan, Isuru, Rukshan, Lahiru, Nisala * Cracked architects- FusionX is a mess lol

      Some employees needs claim part of the salary as reimbursement monthly and needs to put extra effort.
