Pros
This had to be one of the most exciting and fun jobs I have ever had. There was a great bunch of people, lots of new faces, new milestones and this amazing build up atmosphere in the lead up to the Games.
Cons
As fun as this role was - it requires utmost dedication. It is very full on and as you get closer to the Games, expect 6 days working weeks as well as weekend working. There will always be times when you meet some annoying characters that you have to work with and unfortunately this place had these people too. As you got closer to the Games, the momentum built and you end up working with a newbie, that stamps on your hard work and calls the shot. This is both annoying and frustrating.
