The work environment is great. The people are very friendly and dedicated to their work. It's a small company, but it's easy to see why it's so successful. They are also really laid-back and flexible. The people there have been at the company for a long time which speaks volumes about the company.
Cons
Sometimes the work can be tedious and there aren't a ton of career advancement opportunities.
