Just a great place to work!

Unfortunately the company was bought out.

I enjoyed some autonomy and was allowed to refine some of the process and procedure of my job. I really liked my direct manager.

The environment in operations was stifling and there was no career development or path. I regret that I even bothered to struggle for opportunity there. It was a huge waste of time and effort. I will never work in banking again. The industry is rotten to its core.
