Pros

plenty of desk space, close to cheshire oaks

Cons

office is dull and boring, not a modern place to work, more like the back room of a bank. You are given no freedom, you are clock watched and frowned upon for being a few mins late back from lunch. Leaving the office on time is considered being a slacker. Job has no perks, it feels very claustrophobic

Pros

Free parking, outlet store shops nearby, work is manageable and not to overbearing or stressful, met some really nice guys there.

Cons

Met some really nice guys there... but not many, it felt really cliquey. I was told not to speak to one particular colleague I made friends with. I had some basic training which did not really work out for me only to watch newer employees have much better training of which made me to feel a fool when I was not too sure what I was meant to be doing. Once figured out, the work was not really that bad. You did get to annoy mortgage brokers though which is always a plus.

We regret to read your feedback as we work hard to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all colleagues. While it’s good to know you found the work manageable, it’s disappointing that you didn’t feel fully supported during your time with us. We take comments like this seriously and are reviewing how we can further improve our onboarding and culture so every team member feels included. If you’re open to discussing your experience, please contact our HR team at hrteam@lms.com.
