There is nothing problem in this company . The tech stack is outdated . The total company strength is 1600 still the attrition rate is too much high .
Cons
-No work life balance -Really low salary compared to even lower company - The location is really bed - Extreme micromanagement - I don't know how reviews are getting deleted but it's really bad -Lot of hiring since most of the people with real talent are moving with in 6 months to different organisation. Since no career growth . - Lot of work has be done manually where as even small startups are using automation tools . -Really a cheap company - Brother and sister please request you all if you are looking for something like career growth then please. Don't join here - If you can sit in office for 9 hours no matter whatever happens then it's good for you - Zero work from home , company suggests employees to work from office so that they can monitor and micromanage your every movement. Stay away guys
