Pros
Terrible at PTO tracking (you can consider this a con but not to me), flexible at arrivals and departures, some employees are really, truly wonderful and make the day much brighter, clients are nice for the most part (at least in my dept), lots of potlucks...
Cons
Find and chase your own leads, nothing was given by company. There was absolutely NO training at all - you have to figure out absolutely everything by yourself and then you're questioned on why you're doing something a certain way. There is so much disorganization that it's unREAL this place is still in business. Management changes their minds ALL the time - and I mean every single week some new policy is in effect that cancels out the old policy and you start from the beginning. Every. Single. Meeting. Was. Like. This. They're also incredibly cheap. Like, super cheap. Whatever loophole was possible to spend the least amount of money, even if it isn't a good idea for business, is taken. There is no money put into finding leads or marketing - at all. Ever. It's very obnoxious to have ideas of how you can market the business and present it to management and it always gets shut down. Management is the worst I've ever experienced. You really need to kiss rumphole to get on their good side and even then they don't make you feel valued. Oh - and they are mind-numbingly stupid because we (the employees) always found spelling and grammatical errors in documents sent over to clients. So many very clear mistakes that they didn't care to proofread things prior to sending. It was extremely embarrassing to be part of an organization that ran business this way. In addition, requesting that anything be changed in the organization took WEEKS to take effect. Management will act like they're listening but don't care until you bring it up 18 times. Oh - and the accountant made so many errors I can't even count how many times I was messaged about some error with pay; too much one month, too little another month... ugh.
