Pros
Quick income while you look for another job
Cons
The training is an utter joke, resembling nothing more than a poorly designed video game. Welcome to "Ready Player One"! Their designated meeting space, dubbed the Metaverse, is a relic from the dark ages of gaming – think Atari circa 1983. Brace yourself for endless hours on camera with mic. While they boast about having Salesforce, any semblance of actual training is withheld until weeks after they've coerced you into making a mind-numbing 80 dials a day to leads that are dead, courtesy of our relentless spam calls. And just when you think it can't get any worse, the trainers start wielding termination threats if you fail to deliver CVs. Oh, and remember how they pitched this as a work-from-home gig? Surprise! You're actually expected to transform into an outside salesperson, a little detail conveniently omitted until you're knee-deep in the mess. And as if that's not enough, they have the audacity to discourage the use of Outlook for client emails because they get spam complaints.
