Pros
Good pay. Yearly raises. Yearly chances for bonuses. OT pay after 40 hrs, Double time on Sundays (if you've worked the whole week leading up).
Cons
Often work 7 days a week for 6+ months on end. Poor communication. Most decisions are made by Korean HQ. Management will often require weekend OT but will not run production
