Well planning is required in advance not in eleventh hours for routine. It should be transparent to all the team members on activity, except official issues.l

Good Social organization who works only on Health issues,mainly in AIDS,TB ,MALARIA & LEPROSY.Health is most important aspect of a human life & When we save the socially challenged people from all these, I always got a moral satisfaction.

I cannot blame my organization.A friendly atmosphere with a scope to learn is the backbone of our Organization. I have worked here for last 7 years & recognized as the best worker in our GLOBAL FUND Project but not promoted till now. This makes me demoralized.
