Terrible - IT Senior Business Analyst LCG Consulting Employee Review

Poor management and HR people. The company i worked for, was bought by LCG. It was such a downgrade. They are incapable of being human. Super rude in every contact I had with managing partners. Very unfortunate. Also, they have stupid policies like: if the outsourcing client gives you a payed day off, you still need to work that day. What is that about? The client started to tell me to lie to LCG. This is absolutely ridiculous. No raises for 2 years even if your evaluation is above expectation. Told them I wanted a raise, specially since my responsibilities increased through out the years. They told me to wait. For 2 years I waited but fortunately I found another outsourcing company and left. Obviously I didn’t want to wait another 2 years. The pay raise I got working for another consulting firm for the same client was doble the salary. Run from this company.
