      Pros

      Time off when needed. Good pay and you are treated like family. I wish all of my past employers were even half as good as LBA has been to me.

      Pros

      About 250 employees right now and I like that size. It's easy to get your voice heard and we have great benefits. Fair insurance, lots of holidays, and 2pm close every Friday. I really like my colleagues locally and at corporate.

      Great culture in the Pacific Northwest region team.

      Constantly changing priorities. Must be able adapt and re-prioritize quickly to hit time sensitive timelines
