No clear career paths as well growth for staffs . Lastly; lack of adequate rewards compensation for exceptional performance. The entire work environment is manually carried out there by causing unnecessary delay in TAT even when lending has gone fully digital the bank is still processes it’s loan applications and assessment manually. Too much work load on the relationship manager without the needed support by most line managers

No pros as it's a very toxic place to work

Very toxic place to work, poor compensation, lacks structure One person will do the job of 5 people without any compensation. No career growth.
