Hard work is noticed and they're very prompt to get you into a better job for doing so environment is not very stressful Lots of overtime and this can be both Pro and Con depending Average pay for Higher position are competitive

Management lacks knowledge and guidance Overtime both Pro and Con Low pay for regular employees(floor/production) Production Employees do not get breaks from O.T. which can bring down moral and bring on lazy non caring people.

Good manufacturing footprint, and lots of potential. Sadly the cons out-weigh the Pros,

NO work life balance. Absolutely ZERO processes/procedures in place to manage your responsibilities. Senior Management does not seem to be able to make decisions based on the long term effect, and does not have any interest in building a team oriented environment.
