      Pros

      Paid 1/2 hour lunch, paid holidays, PTO accumulates as you work, small group to work within, annual review (+/- raise), annual bonus, simple IRA w/company match, health care stipend

      Cons

      PTO must be taken in 8hr increments to "promote vacation" thus punishing staff that needs to take time off for appointments, poor training regiments, no sick time given, annual reviews seem interpersonal based rather than skill/ability improvement

      Pros

      The people were great to work with. Everyday many of us would have lunch together and just chat. We worked hard, but only rarely did we work overtime. Work/Life balance was great. And the wine was good too.

      Cons

      At times meetings were boring going over production schedules. The production work itself was repetitive, but that is the nature of the work. Chances for creativity were few as certain products had to be made.
