Pros

They really care about their associates and all of the management staff are kind and willing to help you succeed. There aren't as many politics here like there are in other call centers. They thrive on inclusion and diversity and go the extra mile to make sure they are doing the right thing. They constantly are striving to improve different areas of the business.

Cons

Training can be stressful because of the pandemic. They're working on improving which is nice.

Pros

If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

Cons

Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
