      Benefits were good especially vision, lots of assistance from HR and Tech, generally able to see fruits of your labor

      Cons

      Inter-office connectivity and communication wasn't always smooth. Somewhat of a gossipy environment. Not a lot of opportunity to make connections into different branches

      Was always busy, had steady work constantly. Excellent job benefits .

      You need to be helpful, cross training and be beneficial to the job a must.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
