      Fast pace and helpful co-workers. Challenging work and the ability to get involved with a lot of different projects. Good pay.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance, with lots of emergencies and fire drills that really don't seem that important to anybody except senior management.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
