Not really a con to most people but it can be quite competitive and result driven if you are not progressing in your career or stuck in the same place, they tend to push for personal development to keep up with the pace. Can be seen as not hardworking enough if you don't contribute enough hours or responsibilites or try to take on more to achieve things.
