The underlying philosophy of the senior management is that everybody should try their best to excel in what they're doing. You are expected to take responsibility for your work, but there is a no blame culture and everybody is willing to help each other out. You are generally encouraged to gain an insight and understanding of all the different aspects involved in growing a tech-product company. This is very different to working in your own silos as often happens in big service companies. Finally there are no entrenched processes or systems as we continue to evolve, which offers great opportunities to everyone to contribute with fresh ideas.

Being an early stage startup we don't have the same resources like some of the big tech giants and can require more of a can-do attitude than in other places. Nevertheless we try our best to compensate for that in different ways. If you enjoy problem solving you'll thrive, if you're looking for an easy 9-5 routine, this is not the right company for you.
