Pros

Being in the kitchen makes days go by super fast. I love my fellow co-workers and my store leader and assistant leaders. I think they're all wonderful, especially coming from my old store. I love the end of the year bonus, it helps out actually so much. There's always something to learn.

Cons

Sometimes it hard to get all my tasks done during my scheduled hours so it can cause stress.

Long work hours, scheduling is awful, and mandatory third shifts when required
