Gossipy, back stabbing environment - Guest Service Representative Kwik Trip Employee Review

Managers play favorites. They let certain people break the rules like eating behind the counter. No team players. People stab you in the back to get ahead. It's ridiculous too because the store leaders hardly make more than the employees. The job doesn't go anywhere money wise. Walmart managers make 4 times more. Managers will transfer you if they don't like you. They will cut your hours and not let you advance if they have any problems with you. Many of my coworkers have told me that they were punished just for speaking up about things that were a problem. It's all high school gossip
