Pros
Everybody works together, and management works with employees. We receive training for our jobs, and there are promotion opportunities. The company treats you like family. Esop company.
Cons
Insurance has a high deductible.

It was a decent job. Wasn't great It was better than some jobs I had at the time

Pay structure still lives in the '80s benefits. Still live in the '80s and they expect you to do lots of work. Pay you very little and treat you like it. You're a child but try to act like it's family. In other words, they're going to not pay you what you're worth
Making custodians build boxes when the managers are perfectly capable of doing this or they could get someone else to do this that are skilled at this, especially since we're not even getting paid for that job when the people who that being the managers are getting extra money for building boxes but having us build it. That's BS and are being used as in indentured servitude
