Flexible part-time work but low pay - Tutor Kumon Employee Review

Very flexible and easy to get a hang of it.

Must be good at the learning material and good working with kids.

Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
