Upper management show no regard for the manpower they use, only concerned about stats and quotas Owners and all related are condescending No regard for safety of staff, only mandatory paperwork You’ll work with no break & no compensation for it

The products the company sells are top quality. Happy to sell something I trust it will be great for costumers. The staff on the store are great people, and as long as you do your job, shohld be ok. There will be moments with more clients, which will be most of the time. But there are moments during the year with less people.

The base salary could be better for the ammount of work. Not much flexibility on the roster, no working from home option for sales team.
