      Pros

      Small company vibe, opportunity to push yourself if willing. Lots of nice people. Science

      Cons

      Lack of interest in training, progression, and team building. The MD is a bully, and shouts at people in meetings. Top down the management do not seek out progress and improvement in process. There is a lot of politics here

      Nice sociable crowd, interesting work

      Cons

      Siloed teams, lots of in-fighting between departments, top down approach to all decision making made employees feel disconnected from the company and it's mission
