      MBM philosophy give different perspective not just to work but also for decisions in personal life. Great workplace culture. People from every background is treated equally.

      Cons

      MBM philosophy on compensation is very different when compared to other companies. Your compensation is based on Long term contribution to the work. Not really bad either. It drives Innovation.
