Pros
If you read the cons, you will realise that there are no pros here and even if there are, they won't be worth it!
Cons
Don't pay salary on time. In 2019, I did not receive my salary of the month of September till 29th of October. Diwali was on 27th and still we weren't paid our basic salary and leave alone any bonus. Getting salary on time will be a rare sight. Once, you leave the job, don't expect them to clear your dues. You will have to literally beg them for months before they even wire any amount. They will still not pay you your full dues. They won't reply to your mails or calls. This has happened with not one but a lot of former employees. Obviously, don't expect them to give you any documents you might need after leaving. Before lockdown in the month of march when Covid 19 was rising, one of the employee fell sick and had fever and took work from home. When they received their salary, that one week was deducted. They were told that forget about what we said earlier, we are deducting your salary. They hire people for a certain position and then give them work for another position. Since, that is not their expertise, they cannot give their 100% and are fired abruptly. They will officially mention 5 days working but I have worked even on sundays. They won't pay you extra if you are working on saturday and sunday or even if you have to stay late and work but will deduct your salary the next day if you are late by even a second. Being in sales department, you will only get your incentives on paper. In real life they will be pending for long. In all I would like to say if you like to beg for your hard earned money, it's a perfect fit for you!
