Pros
Depends on the office. Tosa did a lot of free lunches. Not really worth it though in my opinion. Some of the people were really fun to work with. Beer Friday, but again, this is very dependent on which office you work in.
Cons
Each office is like its own mini company. Instead of working together, they're often competing against each other and casting blame like high schoolers. Unorganized. Upper management is a joke, talks down to employees (like the 20 obscene emails I received on how to identify spam). Benefits are mediocre at best. Health insurance has changed for the past 5 years every year I believe, and is not very good. Hours are 8-5 (for hourly associates and there is very little flexibility). Raises are seldom and very small if and when they ever do come around. Extremely high turnover (if work is slow, they usually just let people go instead of try to reorganize). Unless you're a closer or someone else important, office space is terrible. No cubes or offices, just an open desk, so very little privacy.
