Processes in the company are formal and closed.
Management treats people like supplies until they will burn out.
And the burn out is happening to everyone and again managers don't care about it.
Managers also won't do a thing in case there will be a toxic environment or not adequate behavior from someone.
People just feel constant stress daily. That is how bad the processes are.
You won't have a proper vacation because there is always a lot of work and not enough people.
The salary part. Yes, it's true that this process once in 6 month is useless. Because it's impossible to increase your salary.
Even the worst part starts when someone wants to leave the company.
The company doesn't care what your circumstances are. If they won't find your replacement you have no other options than to be fired by law.
When you say that you want to leave, managers are not trying to convince you to stay, but instead they start to humiliate and intimidate you.
In terms of the processes and management and how the company treats its employees it's the worst company that I've ever worked for. And as soon as you sign the agreement you are dreaming to sell your soul to the devil instead.
Once there were people who could influence the management in order to make right decisions.
But now, no one from those people are present in the company and it has become a soulless machine that breaks people and changes them with new ones.
