Pros

There are many genuinely good people at Klick. The managers and individual contributors I worked with are smart, kind, and supportive, and they care deeply about their work and about one another. The people are the reason many employees stay as long as they do.

Cons

Klick speaks often about being “people first,” but in my experience that value can feel inconsistently applied, particularly at more senior levels. There is a perception among employees that certain leadership issues persist over time without clear resolution. While internal processes exist, limited transparency can leave staff uncertain about how recurring concerns raised through formal channels are evaluated or acted upon. Rather than clear and visible accountability, the experience for some is that the organization prioritizes internal risk management and continuity. When similar issues continue to surface, the resulting responses can feel procedural rather than corrective. This gap between stated values and lived experience has a noticeable impact on morale.

Pros

You can be 100% remote

Cons

I was on a 3 month contract and did not make it past the 6th week- a first in my 15 year career. Their onboarding was absolutely atrocious. My boss was resistant to walkthroughs and also did not provide necessary information- or even piecemeal information. Some senior team members never had time for walkthroughs and when they did, it was not explained well. One team member was helpful. But no one walked me through their process for projects from start to finish- its very very different from most corporate jobs. No one properly explained their style of documentation in relation to the technology- who to go to for pieces of information, etc. I requested tutorial videos repeatedly and didn't receive them. They basically expect you to ask all the right questions without actually knowing how they work. I honestly did not know why they hired me because they did not give me what I needed to success and add value to the team. No one can ask all the right questions without the proper information. It's up to the company to onboard resources properly! This was an absolutely horrible experience.
