Utilizations are not calculated correctly, for instance, taking vacation time (that is part of your benefits) is counted as zero utilization rather than 100%, and thus you have to battle getting up utilization, which counts against you in reviews and puts you in danger of losing the job. They withheld wage increases when covid for everyone but only deferred increases for top 1%. They never compensated in subsequent years for this even though the company superseded sales quotas and profits.
