The work is straightforward, challenging, well explained, and everyone is more than happy to help and guide you. The compensation is some of the best and highly competitive — the benefits follow suit. Some people spend their entire careers looking for a place like Klay Media. I just happened to get really lucky. The work life balance is highly emphasized and it is not a typical digital marketing agency in terms of load/burnout. The team spends a lot of time onboarding and it pays off — this group of people is fantastic! Another massive pro: Everyone you work with has years of digital marketing agency experience so you 1) are working with qualified individuals 2) they know how to balance operations. Lastly, they are a remote first company and with the tight-knit community, have deftly woven a remote workplace that makes you feel a part of something truly awesome.

Truthfully, I wish I had found this place sooner. There are no cons.
