Great people, doing good things for the country. Very interesting and people have a lot of pride in their work. 5 weeks leave per year.

Executive leadership. No transparency of pay/pay bands, or development opportunities.

Some genuine good people. 5 weeks leave Life balance.

A lot of people knowledge below minimum expectations, from all levels. No professional development at all with always the excuse there is no budget. Inexistent Goals for each year. They should roll down, but never happens then mid year people endup making up a few goals so they can say they ticked the box
